Who’s excited for the sunshine and drier weather? Whether you’re looking forward to building flower baskets, playing outside more with the kids or organizing the rooms in your house, it all feels more doable with the sun and warmer temps. The best way to tackle it and feel accomplished is to make a list and start small. Is preparing your garden on the top of your list? Or maybe it’s organizing the kitchen catch-all drawer that we all have! Don’t get overwhelmed by all the things you’d like to do. Start with one item or project in one room. Once you’ve completed it, high-five yourself and then move on to the next thing. Don’t do a whole room in one day. Try focusing on one room or space for a weekend project, then you can feel accomplished when you’ve tackled it, versus getting down that you didn’t complete it in 5 hours. Remember, it took a good amount of time to get to where it is and it will take some time to become a sparkling gem that you want it to become.
