We started working with Tessa Kobler (Tess) long distance. Using the information from emails and phone calls, she set up some house visits. After the first three house visits and discussing likes and dislikes, we headed to a coffee shop to narrow down our search. Tess told us about some communities to look at. With Tess’s help, we found a home that checked most of our boxes. After buying the home, Tess has stayed engaged and has helped with post-buying questions. Tess is your realtor for life.

I met with Ryan to discuss the selling of my condo. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and very professional and friendly. His marketing team seems stellar, and the strategy he outlined—with specifics across the board—was impressive. I wasn’t able to use him for reasons that had nothing to do with him or his professionalism/expertise, but I hope to be able to work with him and his team in the future. Highly recommend.

Tessa’s depth of experience, her terrific local contacts, and her excellent interpersonal skills managed a boatload of potential problems we faced when selling our home in Corvallis. The conflicts we had had finding responsible, responsive contractors melted under her warm influence, and our place, which needed some work, got everything it needed and was marketed flawlessly. We got 7% over asking price, and she handled every possible transaction headache with grace.
